A bit about our management team...

Tim Heavisides

Tim is Group CEO of Car Care Plan Holdings and joined the company in 1982. He now manages the UK and overseas leadership teams across all products. Tim has overseen Car Care Plan develop its business to become the UK's market leader and the partner of choice for dealers and manufacturers internationally.

Paul Newton

Operations Director of Car Care Plan Ltd, Paul has been part of the team since 2002. With a background in the finance and insurance industries, Paul manages the Marketing and Operations teams for UK and overseas products.

Simon Wright

Simon joined Car Care Plan Holdings in 1993 and is Chief Financial Officer, focussing on a number of SAP system replacement projects. He is kept busy managing a number of teams, from Finance, Credit Control and Invoicing & Reporting, to Procurement, Facilities Management, Compliance & Risk Management and External Risk Management.

Simon has a BSc in Chemistry and is also FCA qualified. He spent 5 successful years with KPMG prior to joining Car Care Plan.

Gary Whitelam

Gary has been part of the Car Care Plan team for 18 years, having joined the company in 1990. He is the Managing Director of Motors Insurance Company Limited and responsible for managing the Underwriting and Actuarial teams, as well as the Car Care Plan teams in Latin America.

Gary has a BA in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant and ACII qualified. Prior to joining the group, Gary spent 10 years with Coopers & Lybrand in Leeds and Nairobi, Kenya.

Mike Cowling

Head of Sales for Non Manufacturer accounts in the UK, Mike joined the team in 2004 and is currently involved in dealer group customer retention initiatives. Mike's responsibilities include the management of the Development and Training teams on core warranty and large volume accounts.

With a wealth of experience, Mike has held positions at Pat Ryan & Associates, Aon Warranty and Warranty Holdings. Mike was also responsible for the construction and launch of Ford Motor Co's first ever Approved Used Car Warranty Programme (Ford Protect) in 2002.

Philip Morrison

Head of UK Corporate Sales, Philip is responsible for Non GM Manufacturer Programmes in the UK and joined Car Care Plan back in 1987. Philip is overseeing the development of Service Plans and an e-commerce system, and manages Manufacturer teams in the UK.

Philip's varied professional background includes the Retail Motor Industry and Retail Consumer Services.
