MICL's activities are currently limited to Europe and Asia Pacific. However it
is part of the GMAC Insurance Group which has established business units
in Latin America to complement it's operations in North America. The development of business in these regions will provide additional geographic spread in addition to diversification of the product portfolio for the GMAC Insurance group.
