mechanical insurance administrator and, in the important German market,
with Opel-Händler Versicherungsdienst, together providing effective
systems for the efficient handling of claims across the continent.
Our claims management expertise ensures that service standards are
maintained and that all claims are settled quickly and fairly.
Supporting these two teams are MICL's technical specialists - actuaries
and pricing experts. Their professional skills and wide insurance
experience help us to achieve the fine balance between competitiveness
